MEET THE FOUNDER

Hey, I'm Liz!

I’m the founder of KINKOMA with a life that has been anything but linear!

I'm a certified Advanced Human Design Reader, Overe® Specialised Kinesiology Practitioner and Sound Healer as well as a Creative Neurodivergent and 6/2 Emotional Projector. I also hold qualifications in Positive Psychology & Wellbeing and Human Resources Management.

KINKOMA was born as a sanctuary for the soul, a place for connection, deep rest, inner alchemy and embodied transformation, just as I’ve experienced myself. Everything I offer is grounded in lived experience, not just theory.

My journey through grief, trauma, neurodivergence, relationship challenges and burnout taught me what no textbook ever could. It’s what allows me to see people deeply and hold them safely as they have the courage to remember who they are. My late mum and angel baby's love guides me in all I do. Their spirit lives on through me & in everything I do.

Before KINKOMA, I spent almost two decades in HR working in creative industries (Paramount Pictures, MTV, Nickelodeon, FremantleMedia, Koala, to name a few!), environments filled with brilliant creative minds and big personalities. On paper it was impressive, but in reality I often felt like a square peg in a round hole, constantly exhausted trying to keep up.

Being a late diagnosed neurodivergent and discovering Human Design gave me the language and framework to understand myself on a deeper level. I realised I wasn’t broken or flawed, I was simply conditioned to move through the world in ways that weren’t designed for me!

My journey through studying Human Design, Overe® Specialised Kinesiology and Positive Psychology and Wellbeing (alongside other modalities I’ve explored over the years) revolutionised my life and enabled me to reinvent myself and my life from the inside out.

Now, I have the privilege of helping others do the same - supporting them to take their power back, reconnect with their truth and give themselves permission to be who they truly are (not who the world told them to be).

As a Projector, I see people deeply and I aim to create spaces that feel safe, empowering, grounded and real, where people can drop the masks, breathe a little easier and feel safe to be themselves.
